How do I place an order? Finding Items You will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart When you are ready to buy an item, click the "Add To Cart" button on the product detail page. This will take you to the shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, navigate back to the shopping sections by pressing the proper buttons. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart by clicking the Shopping Cart link or icon on our Web site. Proceed to Checkout Take a moment to review all of the items you’ve placed in your Shopping Cart. Here you can update the quantity of your items, or clear your cart. When you’re ready to place your order, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. Select a Shipping Method Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Shipping times vary and do not include process times. Enter your Personal Information and Shipping Address First, let us know your name and e-mail address (Keep in mind the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about following orders). Finally, tell us where you would like to ship your order. Provide a Method of Payment and Review and Submit Your Order Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. If you’re paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. Its as easy as that. How do I place an International order? Placing an international order is as easy as placing a domestic order. Please see above.

GE Clothing uses multiple shippers to find the best rate, enter your information at checkout for your shipping charges.

Do you offer shipping to a PO Box? 

YES. We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you get mail, we can deliver.


Do you offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses? 
Yes. We can ship to APO/FPO destinations.

Expected delivery date

When can I expect delivery of my order? 
You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 3-5 business days from the ship date. International orders are longer.
• Most items normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours after you place your order.
• Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will normally be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 5-7 business days from the ship date. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.

Insurance

Are your packages insured?
You will have the option to insure your package on the checkout page for an additional charge. It is your option, however, if you do not wish to use insurance we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.


 


 

How-to Return an item


It's easy to initiate a return. 
To set up a return, complete the following steps: 
1. Just contact us for authorization, state reason for return and if you wish a different item, replacement or refund.
• For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. 
• After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus the shipping charge.

At GE Clothing, we try hard to serve our customers better than anyone else. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank you for honoring these rules:

• Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses. 
• To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in original condition.
• Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition.
• We will not accept any items that do not meet these requirements, and will return them to you.

Time Limitations on Returns

How long do I have to return a product? 
You have up to 15 days after the ship date to initiate your return. 
• Your items must reach us within 30 days from the shipping date. 
• Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you. 
• Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses.


What if I return an item after 30 days? 
• We do not accept returns that reach us after 30 days from the original shipping date. 
• Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you.


Refund processing time

How long does it take for my account to be credited? 
Please allow 14 days after we receive the items to process your credit. 
• Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible.


Restocking Fees

Does GE Clothing charge restocking fees if I return an item?

There is a 25% restocking fee applied to all returns, returned in unused
and in original packaging.  We do not refund any shipping fees.

You shall understand and agree that the service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are there for your use and GE Clothingor its associated companies and employees are in no way responsible for your use of these advertisements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current service, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the service is provided AS IS; and that  GE Clothingor its affiliate companies assume no responsibility for failure to deliver the services advertised. You are responsible for obtaining access to the service and that access may include third party fees, such as Internet service provider or airtime charges. You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the service.

Under no circumstances will GE Clothing or its affiliate companies be liable in any way for any content including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, e-mailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the service. You agree to not use the service to Upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, vulgar, obscene or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. Upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the service. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the service may involve transmission over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

International Users

Recognizing the global nature of the internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside. You agree to indemnify and hold The T-Shirt Barn, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents co-branders or other partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by you or any third party due to or arising out of content that is submitted, posted, transmitted or made available through the service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

No Resale of Service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service, use of the service or access to the service.

Modification of Service

GE Clothing reserves the right at any time and from time to time to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend temporarily or permanently any part of the service with or without notice to you. You agree that GE Clothing, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents co-branders or other partners and employees shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Dealing with Advertises

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that GE Clothingor its associates shall not be responsible for loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the service.The service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other world wide web sites or resources. Because GE Clothing has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that GE Clothing is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk, the service is provided on an as is, as available basis. GE Clothing expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Geclothing.com makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements. The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations and any errors in the software will be corrected. Any materiel downloaded or otherwise obtained through the service is done at your own risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data. Limitation of Liability
